Hosting terms & conditions HOSTING TERMS & CONDITIONS Last updated: August 7, 2026 1. Hosting service theLARGEagency will provide website hosting and related maintenance services for the website associated with your subscription. Hosting includes server space, SSL support where available, routine platform maintenance, and reasonable technical support. 2. Subscription and payment Hosting is billed on a recurring basis through Stripe at the price and interval shown at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically until canceled. You authorize the payment method on file to be charged for each renewal. 3. Your responsibilities You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining appropriate backups of your content, and ensuring that all content you publish is lawful and does not infringe another party’s rights. You may not use the hosting service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or malicious activity. 4. Availability and maintenance We aim to keep hosted websites available and operating reliably, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, security issues, events outside our control, or failures of third-party providers. 5. Support and changes Support is provided during normal business hours through the contact methods made available by theLARGEagency. We may update the hosting environment or these terms when reasonably necessary to maintain security, reliability, or compliance. Material changes will be communicated when appropriate. 6. Cancellation You may cancel your subscription through the available Stripe customer portal or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise agreed in writing. Access to hosting may end at the close of the current billing period. 7. Suspension and termination We may suspend or terminate hosting for non-payment, a security risk, a violation of these terms, or activity that could harm the service or others. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice when practical. 8. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, theLARGEagency is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the hosting service. Our total liability for hosting services will not exceed the fees you paid for the hosting service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. 9. Agreement By checking the box below and continuing to checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Hosting Terms & Conditions and the applicable Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
